Open-source code
The ClaimRush source code is open source under its license. You can fork, modify, and deploy it. The copyright license does not include a right to use ClaimRush trademarks.

Achievement badge art
Achievement badge artwork — the illustrated icons and names shown on player profiles and the Achievements pages — is original art and part of our protected brand assets. Players may share screenshots of their own profiles and unlock notifications. Reusing, reproducing, or adapting badge art outside ClaimRush, including in third-party apps, merchandise, or forks, requires written permission.
Trade dress
The visual design and layout of claimru.sh, including colors, typography, and page structure. This includes the illustrated background artwork used on the Home, Crown, and Furnace pages. These backgrounds are original art and may not be reused, reproduced, or adapted without written permission.
Permitted uses
You may use ClaimRush marks without prior permission in the following cases:
- Truthfully referring to ClaimRush or its software (e.g., "compatible with ClaimRush," "built on ClaimRush").
- Using the name in articles, reviews, tutorials, and educational content.
- Describing a fork's origin (e.g., "derived from ClaimRush source code").
- Linking to ClaimRush with the logo, as long as your own branding is more prominent and the link points to claimru.sh.
Forking guidelines
Forks are encouraged. To keep the brand meaningful:
- All forks and deployments must use a different name and logo. You may not present a fork as "ClaimRush."
- You may reference ClaimRush only to describe origin (e.g., "based on ClaimRush" or "derived from ClaimRush source code").
- Front-ends must not copy ClaimRush trade dress (site look-and-feel).
Logo usage
- Do not stretch, recolor, rotate, add effects, or combine with other logos.
- Scale proportionally and maintain clear space around the mark.
- Black-and-white reproduction is acceptable when color is not available.
Attribution
When using ClaimRush marks under the permitted uses above, include the following on first or most prominent mention:
ClaimRush™ is a trademark of the ClaimRush project.
Prohibited use
- Using ClaimRush marks in a way that implies endorsement or official status without written permission.
- Registering ClaimRush marks, or confusingly similar variations, as your own trademark, domain name, or product name.
- Using the logo on merchandise for sale without written permission.
- Imitating ClaimRush trade dress in a way likely to confuse users about which site or product they are using.
